Método: Se reactivó una cepa de S.mutans ATCC 25175 criopreservada en agar TYCSB. El inóculo se estandarizó en PBS buffer hasta obtener turbidez equivalente al 0,5 de Mc Farland y un OD = 0.01 por espectrofotometría.
